Unnecessary harshness

Just a little thing we’ve noticed today. Cute puzzle outing Axel & Pixel came out today, and looks quite the brilliantly drawn package (well, it’s got to be better than Lucidity, anyway). While most titles sport massive reams of sell text on Marketplace, developers Silver Wish Games have kept it short and sweet, allowing the standard legalise tagged on by Microsoft to scare people.

It goes thusly: ‘Axel and Pixel are trapped in a beautiful but dangerous dream world. If they plan to get out they must solve its mysteries. There are no refunds for this item.’ Ouch, man.
