Tony Hawk’s Ride Developers Working On New Project

We’re good thanks, don’t trouble yourselves…

In case you didn’t already hear, Tony Hawk’s Ride was a massive disappointment and a total mess of a game. Taking what should have been an excellent idea and forming the most bare bones of a game around it, and then developing a peripheral that doesn’t work the way it should and you end with an experience that boarders on that really wasn’t worthy for shop shelves.

That’s why developer Robomodo are currently hard at work on another game to take advantage of the over priced piece of plastic. Tony Hawk’s has been Tweeting like a mad man about how much he likes his new game and how he’d love to make a surfing game to be used with the board. That’s not a confirmation or anything but it’d make sense. A surfing game is probably a safer bet too, with less control needed over the board to make it fun. Still, it require player shelling out for what is effectively a massive bit of plastic with some Wii motion sensing dongles in it, only not quite as satisfying.
