So, how was ODST for you?

Halo 3: ODST has garnered a mixed response from critics. Having played it for just over an hour, I’m thoroughly enjoying the way it deliberately makes Halo fans uncomfortable with its setting and story; in the narrative sense, it’s what Halo needs to expand its remit. Still, now that it’s out, how do you feel about the FPS?
Add-on or sequel? Rip-off living off the reputation of the franchise? Let’s discuss!

The gameplay is fine and I’m for the disc release rather than dlc, but the story didn’t really add anything, it seemed utterly random.
I liked the story and the disc release was fine but it was to short for what we had to pay for it. All I can say is the halo reach beta better be worth it
i did not buy it, im jaded with halo
it was a good story much better than the other halo storys.i thought it was worth the money.
It felt unfinished to me and should either have been DLC or release delayed ’til it was ready.
Im new to Halo and somehow my mate persuaded me to buy it. I thought the game was great and the story line amazing. Firefight also rocks.
was alright, the only thing that was wrong with it was the campaign length and lack of matchmaking for firefight.
Campaign was good but too short, Firefight needs to be an open party list rather than friends only.
