Left 4 Dead 2: What’s The Problem?

Who would have expected such an outrage over something that in reality is not that big a deal. In fact if you stop waving your petition for five minutes you may start realising that a sequel to last years phenomenal zombie FPS is some of the best news of the year.

Valve are an industry leader when it comes to creating compelling game experiences and making sure their community is one of the best looked after out there. It must have come as quite a shock to reveal a game of critical and commercial success to such negative criticisms. Who are these gamers who feel wrongly entitled and voice thier opinions like they have some standing in how the company should be run. Valve are good enough to five its community a platform to voice concerns. They have never made a wrong step and they get berated for one sequel. Who says it’s going to be a yearly franchise? It just happens to have been a year since the last one.

The improvements made more than warrant a sequel and I for one (and the rest of the X360 team) can’t wait to get our hands on some more zombie slaying shooting. If the community could just stop getting so over excited and focus on the good points, then we could all settle down for another potential FPS classic.

I say it is because left 4 dead felt very small due to the fact you constantly played 4 campaigns in multiplayer.
