Infinity Ward not developing next Modern Warfare?
Hmmm. Classify this under ‘massive, unsubstantiated rumour’, but rumblings from the digital ether suggest that series originators Infinty Ward won’t be handling the sure bet that is Modern Warfare 3. As reported in VG247, “US insiders” are intimating that Infinity Ward will not be taking the reigns of the sequel. More news as we get it, but for now, speculators, start your engines!

Nooooooo! They can’t! Infinity Ward done such a great job on Modern Warfare 1 & 2 it’ll be a shame if they can’t continue the franchise.
This just confuses me, why they make it? Yes, it would be good to see them make something new but the ending to MW2 definetly was open to a sequel.
I never judge a game before I see it in action or have played it myself.
Good luck to whoever takes on the franchise though… I think they’ll need it to live up to “fanboy” expectations.
I think they did so great on modern warfare 1 and 2 3 would be exciting but i think the rally for modern warfare is good enough i mean a 3rd would just get boring… another version of cod would be nice
i think the whole experience of cod6 is a game of its own. it will be a shame to see another cod that hasnt been published by infinity ward

i think that a modern warfare 3 would be pretty good but i reckon they should keep all weapons but add more weapons and perks and put nazi zombies into it
I saw a show called “The Onion” and it showed the Infinity Ward studio working on MW3! It is about a 19 year-old high-school dropout (you) who joins the army and you have to spend most of the game digging sleeping holes and cleaning humvees. Personally, I think its a load of baloney.
