After David’s news in brief post yeaterday, I’m delighted to bring you some happy news regarding Derby City Council’s decision to decide the name of two sections of its ring road via the miracle of internet voting. It seems a globe of nerds like us have done their job, clicking away in their thousands until the point their other, sensible suggestions garner either 1% or nothing at all. Bravo, folks! All 6,468 of you! Remember it’s www.derby.gov.uk – let’s see if we can get all the other options down to 0%…
