Natal Confirmed For Holiday 2010

Holiday 2010, it’s time  to get off the sofa and wave your arms!

This years CES is underway and Microsoft’s Robbie Bach has finally confirmed a release date for its ambitious motion controller. Project Natal will finally launch during 2010′s ‘holiday season’, which means we could see it released anytime between October, November, or December as in the US ‘holiday’ also encompasses Thanks Giving.

Launching in the tail end of 2010 also means that Natal could come packaged with a number of games, including Fable III or even (more controversially) Halo: Reach. There’s also the possibility of Milo & Kate accompanying Natal and probably a bunch of mini-games highlighting how ‘fun’ jumping up and down in your living room can be.

With a strong start to the year and what already appears to be an exciting end, 2010 should wipe the fall with the decidedly average 2009.

I think Project Natal will be awesome though I do not wish for Fable 3 or Halo:Reach to be on Natal thanks Lynch.

Ok, I’ll let them know! I’m of your thinking, if I can’t play Reach on a pad I will moan every time I boot it up!

Humm…not sure if Im liking this whole natal thing atm, just seems a very hyped up and a bit gimmicky to me, maybe ill be proved wrong once its out. dont get me wrong I will defo give it a try but dont think I could play serious games with it like said above halo / fable.

If they do have natal on Halo: reach, fable 3 etc then im hoping they atleast they give you the choice weather to use natal or pad( surely they will how annoying would it be too see all these potential awesome games come out with a little natal icon on the back saying something like natal is reqired to play this game)
