So, 2009 has rolled to a close
So, 2009 has rolled to a close. Everyone owns Modern Warfare 2, nobody bought The Saboteur, and so on. With the past behind us, let’s discuss what 2010′s potentially brilliant games are.
Personally, it comes down to the duo of Mass Effect 2 and BioShock 2, both of which are very close to release. Actually, I’m supposed to be playing the finished version of the former, right now – evidently it hasn’t arrived, though, so I’m angrily cursing instead.
As for BioShock 2, I think 2K has marketed the multiplayer a little too much, when the single-player is still by far the most interesting trait of the game. Check out our cover feature in issue 52 to find out why.
Anyway, share yours! Could it be a game that isn’t even announced yet? Far Cry 3? FIFA 11? The inevitable Treyarch Call of Duty?
Maybe it’s a game that’s already announced – Halo Reach? Crackdown 2? It’s your choice!

TFU 2 could be good, hopefully. halo reach better be good or im going to be pissed, the saboteur didnt look that interesting so i dont really know why you are pissed about that, but MW 2 was crap so meh, yeah mass effect 2 GOTY for me, but dont forget bayonetta.
Unless BioWare edit Mass Effect 2 so the guns shoot rainbows and the geth are turned into fluffy bunnies it will be my GOTY.
