Games line-up for X-Mas

Do you guys think the line up for the christmas period this year is good enough or are there are too few titles and not enough quality?

I feel we that maybe we have seen the best so far and thats it until after christmas maybe even march. I was hoping army of two would be out sooner but there you go.

Well that was my question to you actually.
But yeah i suppose i am very critical of most games. I feel that on average only about one in every 3 games released are ever worth the purchase and since i cant see much being released from now till 25th Dec i guess we'll have to wait to after.

But there will always be some who think Viva Pinata was the game of the year. Go figure!

Depends what you look for in a game.. but to be realistic.. don't you think expecting anything MORE than one in three games is right?...

You would get a lot less releases for a start!

But again it depends on you're taste, you're not gonna like everything but you have to be a little open minded about what you play.


COD4 and ME and AC not enough to keep you going over xmas?.. if not i suggest you get a job, or a life.

Yes, true one in three is fine as you cant expect companies to create just for me, although i would like that. But i was just pointing to the fact that over the next few weeks up till christmas there seems few if any release dates as COD4, Mass Effect and Ass Creed ( 2 out of 3 there!) are out some time now. Surely there not still fiddling around with Dev Cry 4 and Burnout Paradise at this stage, just bang it into a brown paper box untested and give the effin thing to me! NOW...pls

Game's need to be released quite a bit before xmas so people get chance to buy them and give them as gifts.. plus you have to think of the time off people have over this time of year.. thats not to mention the xmas charts...

No. I didnt bother wasting money on Ass Creed and im not a score-whore but i have finished COD4 and im enjoying Mass Effect at the moment. But back to my point its a wait till January now.

Do COD4 on veteren...

Do ME on Hardcore/insane and hit level 60 and play through it as a good and a bad guy.

That will easily take a few weeks.
