Xbox 360= Washing Machine

With everyone making a big deal about the 360's massive power pack and the disk scratching issues I'm surprised no one has really brought up the issue of the 360 sounding like a washing machine on overdrive. When playing Perfect Dark Zero it was fine but as soon as I fired up PGR3 it made that dreaded sound, and at that moment my whole life flashed before my eyes, induced by the fear that the bloody thing would explode in my face! I turned my 360 off as soon as possible but it continued to do it again. I've asked people on Live whether they experience the same problem and they all do. Design flaw? More like a design fuck up. My washing machine in the kitchen was on once and I swear my 360 was making more noise than the washing machine, to the amusement of my Nintendo-fanboy cousins. You cannot imagine how frustrated I am by this.
