It does run in 60 FPS which is the most important thing as far as I'm concerned, but ****** me it looks rough around the edges from time to time.

I really think that the Kinect thing here is just brilliant. The way that you can 'talk' to the game is brilliant, mid combat instead of having to go to the action wheel you can just say the power or weapon that you want to use and it switches to it. Brilliant.

Also I did actually pay for the 'From Ashes' DLC. Fuck me, a bloody Prothean for the team. Rocks that does.

I've noticed a few things that have been carried over from ME2, I'm actually happy that I mined all those bloody planets, go war assets!

The game isn't perfect, most notably the fact it's even more trimmed down and linear than ever. Plus the kinect thing is good, aside from odd abhoration. Truth be told though, you should have been able to use headset mic for it, that's just odd.

However I played 10 hours in 2 days, it has to be doing something right.

Yes, im annoyed that exploration both on planets and in space has been reduced even more from ME2.

But that said theres been 2 moments so far that have had me more emotionally engaged than any other game in the series so far and i quite like the way your squad slection is reduced but the story uses anciallry characters more often.In that way its working better.

Currently though, ME2 is still my fave in series, we shall see what happens come the end.

Out of interest Dan, how long is the game, roughly?

Not speaking for Dan here but it took me a bit over thirty hours to complete it, not having done all the side missions. I'm sure Dan being such a master finished it much faster
