Their mash!! I mean I thought I'd done most things with condiments, but a horses radish!!!?... Blew my mind...

I put mustard on my sausages, find it a bit of an overkill if I do both.

See to me, horeradish doesn't go with pork but mustard goes with allsorts. But I do love a bit of horeseradish most of time. Can't miss the butter though, makes the mass so rich and creamy

You only need a bit, a teaspoon. Otherwise I find it bit over powering.
