Good updates chaps, but BuffAngel, loads of those Superman ones are unmissable story-related Achievements or ones that can be gained just by leaving the console on a few hours. Let's have the properly difficuly/rare/obscure ones only!

Thats fair enough, will try to find some proper strange ones. In my own defence that did require my playing Superman the video game for quite a while, which makes me special.

Playfire list the ones athat are common, uncommon, rare etc.

Only 1 i have thats rare is for Just Cause 2.

Im so sad i took the time to kill 5 enemies with a object attached to a vehicle. In this case a staue head and a helicopter. Took about 40 minutes, very fiddly.

the japanese game onechanbara is a nightmare for achievements, fun game though

it's not an obscure cheevo but i did enjoy getting the ride a delorean at 88mph's in forza 4, made me smile

Smile in Geometry Wars 2 is deffo the rarest and by far the most difficult achievement on my profile.
Shame it's not me who got it mind; that one is the Missus doing (along with all the other extremely difficult GW2 cheevos).
She's got that good at the game now that she's around 500th on the world leaderboard for four of the six game types and she still keeps beating her personal bests and moving up on regular occasions

some of geometry war 2's achievements are brutal (smile especially) i have came so close to getting the wax off achievment just to get killed at 98-99% grrrrrh

Fun, But really old school, No in game tutorials to show you what to do.. Didn't get a single 'cheevo all the time I played it.

Rumble Roses and DoA:Beachvolley ball thingy where also really tight.

Must be something to do with pervy japanese developers.

yeah neither did i, played it for hours until i got stuck trying to kill some insanely difficult guy who i just couldn't work out how to kill.

the difficulty achievements in deadly premonition are annoying as hell as they don't stack, DP is one game i would like to have the full 1000 for but there's no way i'm playing through it 3 times and trying to find all the collectibles.

FEAR is the stingiest game I've played for cheevos, got 70 for completing the game AND a couple of extras.
