Unless theres a Muay Thai move that involves weeing down both legs at the same time, I would assume he means bruising

I haven't pissed myself in a fight yet to my knowledge anyway but when there's water running down ya you can never quite tell, there's a rather healthy glow of yellow due to smashing in leg kicks and clashing knees!

I had a Muay Thai fight last Sunday and my knees are still a rather healthy yellow...

I had a really good sleep yesterday afternoon and last night.. I finally feel vaguely awake.

I on other hand, got 11 hours last night and still feel like ive been run over by a giant germ, in a tank made of tiredness.

Normally I feel rubbish after sleeping in the afternoon.. but I was so exhausted I think it was well needed.. a couple of pre-nap beers also helped. Woke up feeling great and had a good nights sleep despite to cats trying to fight to see who could take over most of the bed.

Yeh, normally booze helps, but tried to have a can of Swedish pear cIder last night. Had 2 sips, felt sick and had to give rest to er' indoors. Dammit!

It's only a toe, all they would do is strap it to my other toes and then send me on my way. I'm sure it'll be fine.
