The online is... Frustrating, if you played MW2 and thought that there wasn't nearly enough camping going on for your liking, then MoH is for you. No doubt about that.

I'd say it even surpasses Halo: Reach for the campiness of the players, it's just disgusting.

That's one of the things that I don't like about MW2. And you say its worse in MoH? Errr, no thanks.

The framerate is smooth as you like. Even in the most intense of Firefights I never noticed a drop at all. I also played it on normal difficulty and whilst I died a fair few times, it was always because of my overzealous attitude running headfirst into a hail of bullets. The enemies aren't exactly brilliant but do provide a decent challenge when in their numbers. Tactical and working with cover, flanking etc is definitely encouraged.

Cool. As long as the framerate's solid, I can add Medal of Honor to the (long) list.

It's on the "Most likely to be discounted to fcuk as soon as the big hitters come out" list for me.

That's probably the best thing to do. There's enough coming out in the next month or so that needs playing far more urgently.

That's one of the things that I don't like about MW2. And you say its worse in MoH? Errr, no thanks.

It should have come out when CoD4 came out, it would've been a cracking game, but now MW2 and BC2 surpass it in every way.
This is the laggiest game I've played, hands down. I don't know if it's dedicated servers or hosts on the 360 but it's bad.
The simplest of things aren't even included, for example you can't check yours or other playes pings. So you have no idea if it's you lagging or the entire game.
Secondly you can't mute people, some guy's mic was going apesh1t all of one game, couldn't do anything about it.
4 person groups/parties - not nearly enough.
No mic support in game lobby. - We can't talk openly about which game mode to play.
No button response half the time in menu's, if you press A to spawn or RT to change your class it takes about 3 tries before it works.
Splitting up groups. - This probably the most frustrating. As if it's not bad enough that I can't play with a bunch of friends, the 3 I can get in a group just get split.
Can not see your friends that are in your party different from the rest, they show up the same as everyone else. Would be better if they were blue or something like in MW2 and BC2.
Snipers are ruining this game. The objective based maps are just choke points filled with 60% of each team sniping. They will even kill you the very instant that you respawn.
If you get killed by some random camper, the game doesn't let you know at all where he is, the camera immediately points to the floor. Which is why Snipers are so favoured, in COD you had KillCams and in Halo the camera tilts to point at them. So much better.
9/10 of the maps look identical. Like, the same map with a slightly different layout.
There's no warning when you get a scorestreak or when someone uses one above or near you. Constantly running into Mortar Strikes.
The spawns are absolutely shocking, seriously.

The more I think about it, the more I realise how utterly terrible this game is online. Yet to play the Single Player but as that was mde by a different team it might redeem itself.

Got this On Sunday & wasn’t sure what to expect after dodgy reviews & a game that’s made by two developers?, one I love & one I’ve never heard of.
The campaign, i've played about 3 chapters &….. i don’t really like it, its on rails, its nothing that hasn’t been done better a million times before, the enemy AI is terrible.

The only thing that saves it is the soundtrack & the meaty feel & sound to the weapons, you never get bored of letting off.
Graphically its dated & inconsistent some area look good with nice lighting & others have rough textures & badly modelled environments, explosions & hand grades are hilarious!?..

I almost can’t be bothered to complete it, I’m playing on Hard & its no challenge enemies will let you stand out in the open, they don’t flank or take cover its poor.

BUT! the multiple is awesome!, sorry Ginga i don’t know if you've just had a few bad games but i played Territories from about 9 till 1 in the morning, it was brilliant.
The perfect mix between COD & BF, love the maps & simplicity of it all, its got what I love about BF 1943 just good fun, not padded out with a ton of gimmicks & bs, just start a game & get hooked in, loved it.

So a real mix, the only thing I’ve come away with from this game so far is, how much do I want Battlefield Vietnam & BF3!!!...

Played in work, the single players a good ride while it lasts (6 odd hours) but it is full of bugs.

Multiplayer is only for the hardcore.

Two important notes however...

1. This game is promised as one of the games to trade in to get call of duty halfprice at GAME.

2. The beta for battlefield 3 REQUIRES THE DISC! Much like ODST did for Reach.

Hmmm, seems like everyone has had a different experience with this. I never experienced any bugs and it consistently looked great on my TV. I agree about the feel of the guns. The Dragonov is absolutely awesome!

The headshots with a sniper rifle make me feel a bit ill. I'm all for realism but damn.

Agree with those that say the campaign mode is good, it is (though short, we should be used to that by now). Challenging it is not, for even on 'hard' (the most difficult setting), for the accomplished fps player it will not offer up a challenge. The reason I sugest that it is good, simple, great story (not a story as it is a real conflict I understand), well played out, let down slightly by the ease of it.
Multiplayer though is a totally different thing! If you like the game play of Battlefield Bad Company, then you will love this, I didn't. So for that reason I still prefer to play the Cod / mw series. The main issue that I see it is that it is so manic, that skill really doesn't come into it. Camping /sniping is rife, and for those that don't, then bad luck.
Has it ousted COD?
sorry not in opinion, shame as I had really high hopes, though still a worthy solo game imho. :)
