Alan Wake

Postby Redpizzi on Wed May 12, 2010 11:41 pm

Hey Guys - Got my Max Payne look alike though the post today and i have been itching to play the game all day, but i decided to wait until the clock struck 10pm - Kids in bed - Lights turned off - Headphones on.....Within 5 mins i had move back from the screen with my eyes wide open twice......

I am not gonna spoil anything and tell you anything, but i am really enjoying this game. (even though the Washing Machine on it fast spin made me jump)....

Lights are back on and i am having a rest on Modern Warfare 2. But i will be back on it again tommorow night to Hit Episode 3.........

My Rating is - 4.5 / 5.0..........

I got a text to say my copy is ready for collection.

I'm intrigued by this Max Payne comparison.. what on earth makes it like Max Payne??

The max payne comparison was there before I read the magazine, and before I found out it was remedy. But the running and jumping and movements are just like I remember max payne.
Imagine the baby scene in max payne and set it in a forest.
The first 15 mins I thought this was gonna be a I know what u did last summer game though...
Just don't walk off the beaten tracks too far............

Isn't the main character modelled on the same Finnish lad that Max Payne was modelled on?
If in doubt, put the kettle on.

They didn't mate.. sadly no Asda or Sainsburys here and I wanna trade in SC:C anyway.. if it's ridiculously expensive I'll switch to the regular edition.

Apparently all I have to do is wait 48 hours ;)
