I'm still hoping on an 09 release, leaving a 360 swansong with the 3rd instalment in 2011
Of course, as ever, this is purely my opinion

See that's what happens when you don't do my suggestion!

SCi + Spiked Club = Muzyka giving you a playtest and being open and honest.

I would love for an 09 release loved ME1.
I would of thought bt 2011 the 360 would be dead or nearly there.

Probs be a new console by then!!!

maybe at the end of 2011 but given the dominance of the 360 over the PS3 (which needs to have at least another 2/3 years left) there is no real reason to replace it yet.

Ah the classic console discussion! I agree with SCi, is the PS2 dead yet? Considering it's been with us for almost 10 years it ain't doing bad!

So what do we actually know about Mass Effect 2. Sounds like it's going to be more of the same too me.

providing the buildings do not have the same layout again i'd be happy with more of the same gameplay wise
Of course, as ever, this is purely my opinion

Me too. People complained about the combat but I really liked it. Especially to say it was an RPG.

Well yes. But apart from new buildings, A new story, new weapons, new characters and basically being a whole new game what's it actually doing new?

No mate. I was just taking the piiss out of Hollywooda and his stupid comments regarding GoW 3.

I don't really like RPG's. I've tried. Honest. But even Fable 2 and Fallout 3 didn't really hold my interest.

My only worry as it appears to be cross-platform and the release will be delayed whilst they try and figure out how to programme for the PS3!!!
Late 2010? I doubt I could wait that long, I'm already on my third playthrough!!! :(

Only on your third? I think i'm on my 5th shep and god knows how many times i've played some of them.

It's got the be the most played game on the 360 for me... Bob you should pick it up cheap and give it a shot. As Apollo says, it's not really a RPG. It's more like a 3rd person shooter with some RPG elements stuck on.
