Ok so a lot of games feature really annoying side kicks.. but for every duffer there's some side kick gold.
But whose the best?

Cortana is the perfect side kick - she has all the info Master Chief needs and usually manages to deliver it just after it would have been useful. Go sidey go.

Best by far has to be either Fawkes from Fallout 3 or Garrus Vakarian from Mass Effect 1 2 and probably 3

If we're talking about Mass Effect Tali is my favourite. Overall it is a tough one though. Tali and Sully are definitely up there with the best of them.
