Could the three manga geeks who are gonna buy this instead of likely GOTY ME3 please put your hands up?
With corporate decision making like this, how can the devs moan when noone buys it?
Basically if I read a rueful article by the dev that "the game underperformed and we are dissapointed", I'll ironically turn into a giant rock monster and punch the moon in the boob.

IGN Review - 7.5

This has got a big fat NO! from me. 70% of the game made up of 'interactive' cut scenes, what gameplay there is made up button bashing combat and QTE's, and the game being only 6 hours long.

I am all over this!

They had me at this Asura's Wrath is not like any game you will ever have played before. This is, self-evidently, an excellent thing

And then I stopped reading for fear of exploding with excitement.

I wasn't particularly impressed by the demo. For me, the problem is that you're required to be passive for the vast majority of the time, and when you're actually required to do something you can be caught off guard. Not that the QTEs were particularly tight for time anyway.

It's not that I don't like gaming technology being used for narrative purposes, but it strikes me that this would have been better off as just a console-generated anime. But that doesn't really justify the cost of a full price game to me.

Will probably get it when it goes into the bargain bucket though.

I'm going to give it a go. I'll just trade it back in the following week and get the money put on my card towards the Witcher or Prototype 2. Worst case scenario, I'll have paid £15 quid for something a bit different.

It was Boomerang but I've recently switched to Blockbuster online for both games and film.

Has this been put back? For some reason I thought it was out last friday.. Apparently it's set for 9th March.

Previously due to release at the end of this month – February 24, to be specific – the CyberConnect 2 actioner now launches on March 9 in the UK, the same day as Mass Effect 3 and Street Fighter x Tekken.

DLC packs inbound for the game, Devastator and Infinity, will include four new modes between them.

Do try to keep up old chap.

Completely different audience I suppose.
