443 hours?

Blooming heck.

I'm not going near another open world game for a while, I've got Forza 4 waiting in the wings. I just can't face it.

Hmm, I think that I'm going to need some therapy for Skyrim withdrawal.

Well, I am used to being the second most committed gamer in the family. My father conquered the Hunter on the Amiga and ate Civ 2 for breakfast. He'd lost touch with gaming until I bought him KOTOR and Mass Effect on Steam a couple of years ago. He's never looked back!

So, just finished and the twatty Blades are demanding that I kill Paarthanax.

You would have though that after saving them from the Thalmor they would be slightly more grateful.

They are such a bunch of scruffy snow troll hurders

I saw this the other day... 'tis hilarious.

Just finished doing Azuras star but got the mage to sort it out so it captures Black souls. Purely on the basis that they're easier to come by than Grand souls. Next up is Mehrunes razor. Also found out since marrying Jenassa that she's opened a shop (Dunno how since she never leaves me) and hands over half the profits on a regular basis. Bonus.

The Razor, it's a great throwback to Oblivion that one, the ending is pretty funny.

I'm still on a little Skyrim break, but I keep singing about a Dovakhiin. I can't get the bloody game out of me head. Fus Ro Dah!

Alchemy is what i am all about atmo. Only 62 hours in (my free time is limited) but my character has maxed smithing and is high in destruction and alchemy. Looking to maybe make it all about the potions in fights. Glug down loads of magicka boosts and health boosts as well as fortify appropriate skill. Fun Fun

I never really bothered with Alchemy, the potions never really interested me. I'm gonna have to go back to it just to level up as I've maxed the skills that I always use. I'm starting to feel the call of Skyrim again...

Bloody hell, for every side quest that I've been mopping up (before getting stuck into the main quest) another half-dozen open up...

At this rate I'm just gonna give up and get on with the main story.

And now I have contracted Vampirism... great :(

Looks like the best way to cure it is to contract lycanthropy so it's back to the companions I go.

If you had a cure disease potion you can use it just after it says that you have contracted it.

Nah. I let it develop. I found the night vision useful...

...the downside was that if I entered a town during the day the towns-folk would attack me. Being a werewolf just means they tell me I smell like a wet dog.

The cure quest is a pain in the arse too. Even the bolke who wanted to cure me, attacked me as i was so far gone by the end.

Me "I want to be cured of vampirism please"
Monk "alright, fine meet me at mount Kang in 2 days with ...(a list of 15 things)"
2 days later
Me "im back, i did the thing...you know with the jewel and the thing...you know, the face with the thingymybob...ahh you know"
Monk "begone foul demon!" (runs at me with knife)

*******.
