For sure dude.. Soon as I've completed it.

We need to learn when to say "enough", rather than gluttonously devouring more and more of the same thing through sheer force of habit.

Got this on PS3 off a seller on Amazon for £2.20 per-owned, and I stand by my original sentiments: Bionic Commando is flawed excellence and criminally underrated. The visuals vary in quality; character models and indoor areas haven't aged that well, but with the right lighting some parts still look really good.

Having played through the game before I had a better understanding of how the swinging worked; releasing somewhere between the middle and end of the swing allows you to build up momentum and really give it beans, yet quickly zipping off in another direction means you can avoid swinging head first into something or someone unsavoury.

The mix of guns and bionic arm abilities and sheer number of options available to players when it comes to dispatching enemies still put this game's combat head and shoulders above most other third person shooters.

The story is still great. The soundtrack is still one of my all time favourites. And conker was right: Spencer is likeable in a cunty douchebag sort of way.

Now I want to play Bionic Commando: Rearmed again too. And I never got around to playing Bionic Commando: Rearmed 2...

Commodore 64 version was great. Brilliant soundtrack by Tim Follin. Graphics were slightly gaudy though.

Is there a ridiculous twist?
