Binary Domain was excellent, certainly the best Sega game I've played for many a year. Apart from that though, I'll agree their output of decent games has been damn sparse lately.

Actually the team behind Yakuza would be my exception that proves the rule.

Last thing i bought with Sega on it was either Sonic Superstars Racing or Alpha Protocol.

Both suprisingly good.

On aside point the box-art for Binary Protocol is bloody rubbish, they actually pay someone to design that? Looks like a 90s megadrive title.

I still need to get Sonic racing, demo was ridiculously fun. Valkyria Chronicles is the best thing they've done this gen though.

It could be a cross over like Street Fighter X Tekken....

Shenmue is yet to be released, fellows. As we all know, this will finally sell millions upon millions of copes, ushering in a new age of console gaming with the Dreamcast 2.

Collecting capsule toys and following Japanese octogenarians - the future of gaming.

good.

Alpha Protocol should never be described as good. It's one of the worst games i've ever played. I literally played it for 20 minutes and then took it back to the shop.

Well that's giving it a thorough test! I'd never own a game if I took everything back I didn't like in the first 20 minutes.

To be fair, Alpha Protocol's story was entertaining enough, but everything encasing it was tripe.

Its rough round the edges but you can see the good ideas poking through.

Lest we forget, ME1 was also pretty rough around the edges and we all saw how that turned out.

Alpha Protocol was a very good game. Personally I had no problems with any of the supposedly broken bits and was thoroughly entertained throughout. The Steven Heck character was possibly one of the standout characters of all time. The guy was so funny and played it straight.

Half the time I reckon one person has a problem and then 100 others come out in sympathy. Such is the power of the net :P

The only difficulty I had was one of the boss fights in the night club which was a large spike in toughness. Still I got through and had a rip roaring time
My conviction is born to damn the fuckers who doubted me. To rise to great heights even beyond my own legend as a Great Cocksmith, Master Pintsman, and stunningly handsome Prince of Light in these dark Dark Ages!
