You can get apps on your phone which exchange the points for you, some go into more detail than others based on where you buy your points from and for what cost.
That is, if you have a phone which accepts apps. Which is surely everyone by this point.

Isnt it meant to be 100 points is one dollar which is around 80pence? I know that 800 points is often quoted as £6.80.
