Yeah.. the other problem would be that it would encourage my OCD. I used to have all my hundreds of CDs out on display in the correct alphabetical/chronological order.. it didn't do much for my love life.

Last weekend I put up shelves. Lots of shelves. Lots and lots of shelves. For books, cds, dvds and games. Couldn't face alphabetical (what about when you get new ones?) but they are in there by genre. The missus is happy too, less clutter about the place.

On a more serious kinda note, does anyone have the original 3 series of star trek on dvd? I really, really, really want to watch them (it's all from before my time and they are classics in that shitty special effects kinda way)/

Nope, it was horrible. The first few episodes you could even tell they was in a studio and it totally broke the immersion of the story. They sound was poor and echoed, the camera bob's all over the place because it's one bloke standing there for 16 hours etc etc.

It's really, really bad... but i've still watched all of season one over the last couple of weeks and im about 1/4th of the way into season 2 now.

I've also started playing startrek online a lot again...

True, but as the series progressed the writing, stories and characters improved a lot...
