Yeah.. the other problem would be that it would encourage my OCD. I'd have to have everything in alphabetical order subdivided chronologically.. it takes a lot of time to get it right and then keep it right.. I used to have all my hundreds of CDs out on display in the correct alphabetical/chronological order.. it didn't do much for my love life.

Last weekend I put up shelves. Lots of shelves. Lots and lots of shelves. For books, cds, dvds and games. Couldn't face alphabetical (what about when you get new ones?) but they are in there by genre. The missus is happy too, less clutter about the place.
If in doubt, put the kettle on.

Love a bit of Spock and McCoy action!

Where you at Wolf? Get over and borrow 'em.

Impressive. I had to put mine into cd wallets after a while just to get them off the shelves though.

Even season 1?

That hasn't aged well at all.

Nope, it was horrible. The first few episodes you could even tell they was in a studio and it totally broke the immersion of the story. They sound was poor and echoed, the camera bob's all over the place because it's one bloke standing there for 16 hours etc etc.

It's really, really bad... but i've still watched all of season one over the last couple of weeks and im about 1/4th of the way into season 2 now.

I've also started playing startrek online a lot again...

True, but as the series progressed the writing, stories and characters improved a lot...

...except Wesley Crusher who was still an annoying prick right up 'til they got rid of him.

edit: and being a geek there's a photo of the Enterprise (NCC1791-D not the NX-01) crew on the wall signed by them all... even Patrick Stewart.

And yet Will Wheaton ended up being a smart man who writes good books. Who'd a thunk it.

I have nothing against Will Wheaton... He's a nice bloke.

But Wesley... what a pillock.
