Yeah, budget isn't the be-all and end-all of how good a game is, but it should be taken into account. I'd like to know what makes you think Legendary is so rubbish though. Fair enough, it isn't exactly a graphical showcase for the 360 - although there are many far, far worse looking games on the console; some of them far newer as well - and the jumping's a bit iffy... but really that's all that's wrong with it, which isn't much considering the game hardly requires you to jump anyway. Plus, it controls tightly overall and has more interesting enemies than most FPS's - and even the smaller enemies could be challenging; fighting against two minotaurs at once was just brutal - along with a more tactical way of regaining lost health than simply hiding behind the nearest wall, and the boss fights were epic. So the pros far outweigh the cons as far as I'm concerned and it's one of the many games I'd love to see a sequel to.
