Yeah, budget isn't the be-all and end-all of how good a game is, but it should be taken into account. I'd like to know what makes you think Legendary is so rubbish though. Fair enough, it isn't exactly a graphical showcase for the 360 - although there are many far, far worse looking games on the console; some of them far newer as well - and the jumping's a bit iffy... but really that's all that's wrong with it, which isn't much considering the game hardly requires you to jump anyway. Plus, it controls tightly overall and has more interesting enemies than most FPS's - and even the smaller enemies could be challenging; fighting against two minotaurs at once was just brutal - along with a more tactical way of regaining lost health than simply hiding behind the nearest wall, and the boss fights were epic. So the pros far outweigh the cons as far as I'm concerned and it's one of the many games I'd love to see a sequel to.

Ummm don't really remember dude, it was a coupla years ago. Think I've tried to wipe from my memory it was so bad. I've read a few of the reviews online to try and refresh my memory. Most of em didn't really nail what was wrong for me. Nowgamer got the closest (who gave it 4.0, which is one of the better scores!):

NowGamer wrote:Constantly spawning enemies. A lead character with no hands. Unskippable cut-scenes you must continually sit through. Solid walls that light can leak through. NPCs that can be shot at, but not harmed. Action sections that feel like a movie you just happen to be walking through, and not interacting with. A majority of action that focuses on what some guy’s doing in a vent shaft rather than the majestic beasts littering major cities. There’s more to tell, but surely that’s enough?

Not sure what they mean by the lead character with no hands, I don't recall that. I do seem remember now it feeling quite dated to play, and on a few occasions enemies wouldn't attack you unless you where in a certain spot.

Which goes to show that people really were either overly critical of the game, were playing a different game to me, or were just a bunch of douchebags. Apart from the cut-scenes you couldn't skip - which loads of games are guilty of, I might add - I experienced none of those faults whatsoever.
