You must've heard of the popular moving picture/book franchise Twilight?

If not RPatz is a vampire.. Blade is a vampire hunter.. do the math.

It rings a bell, but no more than that ... guess I'm just not really into vampire stuff. I haven't watched Blade either.

I take it those kids are irritating? [cogs whirring rapidly]

Its easy to take the piss out of Twighlight, the rabidly protective fanbase, the uncontrolable emotional outpourings, the 35 y/o adults acting like 13 y/o girls aspect, the lack of any artistic merit....

...wait, this sounds like the forum.

In all honesty, Twighlight is the world natural response to things, boys get bilge like Transformers, Residentint Evil movies, etc, so its no suprise girls get something eqaully pants.

Feel sorry for womens cinema, they hardly ever get any decent movies aimed at them alone, so when something comes along, no matter how crtically bad its received, it does staggeringly well. See following exhibits: Sex in City, Twighlight, Mamma Mia, Valentines Day, etc.

Still a funny cartoon though, but any movie would be improved with the inclusion of Blade and Nathan Fillion.

I was subjected to 20 minutes of it at Centre Parks once. Once Brosnan starts singing like David Bowie with a stroke its impossible to not feel a bit ill.

Still depresses me that this is the number 1 UK box office film ever (or number 2 maybe after Harry Poter 18870).

It's easy to sniff at Twilight but I quite enjoyed the books.
