red ring again?

i am really ****** off at the moment my 360 got the red ring of death a 2 months ago and i sent it for repair and got it back 3 weeks later what i was extremley happy about but now after about 3 weeks after i got it back it has the red ring again. i haven't even had a chance to open assasins creed yet from chrismas (sort of my own fault still hooked on halo 3 and COD4) you would think microsoft could at least to try and repair them properly they lost a million extending the warranty at least make it worth it by doing s good job.

also when i got it back it said on a letter that came with it your 360 has gone under hours of extensive testing well aperently not as extensive as they thought

the only good thing about the repair was a free month complemtentry xbox live but then i realised it only replaces the month i had already paided for on xbox live that i had missed.
sort it out microsoft

I've never had the ring of death, but my 360's disc drive seems a little faulty. It's still functioning most of the time, though, so hopefully it won't be too much of an issue.

See if you can get a few more freebies from MS this time

That's my problem too; it keeps giving me Scratched Disc errors, too, when the disc is fine. Or it used to; it seems to depend on the game. Halo 3 is fine, so was The Darkness - but Lost Planet and Oblivion were horrendous.

I got the red rings on the 29th November, called Microsoft (God knows where, couldn't even figure out the accent), on 1st December and my Xbox was only uplifted on Christmas Eve. An absolute joke, I've no idea when I'll get it back.
I also had the dodgy disc tray, didn't get scratched discs but every time I opened the tray when it was empty I had to tap the edge of it to get it to open.
I better get some freebies out of this.
