1. The BFG 9000
Well it couldn’t be any other than the Big F***ing Gun, the granddaddy of blowing crap up.
2. Cerebral Bore
Big drill, meet brain. Brain meet big drill. You two are going to get on fine, I can tell.
3. Pistol
The most overpowered and unbalanced weapon of the Halo series and we love it for it.
4. Any Shotgun
In pretty much any game ever, this is our go-to gun of choice. It’ll always make a mess.
5. Gravity Gun
When ammo’s running low, just throw stuff at the zombies instead. Explosive barrels, anyone?
6. Thompson submachine gun
WWII wouldn’t have been the same without this little beauty. Of course that’s just in videogames. In reality this thing is horrendous.
7. Rock-It Launcher
Another improvised ammo gun. Just shove a load of junk in it and watch it fly! Good job the wasteland is covered with junk.
8. Portal Gun
Once again Valve shows how very good it is, with an ingenious gun that can fire portals into walls.
9. Stake Gun
No, it doesn’t fire slabs of beef across the room, but massive stakes that will attach people to walls.
10. Proton Pack
“Not strictly a gun, just an excuse for you to get all arty farty,” says Simon Miller. It still packs one hell of a punch.

Thompson though? I think it sucks in the COD games as well as in real life. I go for the sten.
i agree with bomby and joe,are you off your head no lancer from gears,or any weapon in gears bow tork,bomb shot.as for the thompson it’s rubbish.
How is it that they missed the Redeemer from Unreal Tournament? Any weapon that can be described as “an anti-personnel nuclear warhead” has to be in the top ten!
